We would be grateful if you would complete our patient survey about the surgery.  Your doctors want to provide the highest standard of care.  Feedback from this survey will help them to identify areas that may need improvement.  Your opinions are very valuable.  Please click on the Patient Survey link at the bottom of this page 'Let us know what you think about the services we offer'

Patient Participation Group

customer_serviceHistory

During October 2011 we established a patient participation group. Since then we have consulted the group annually and complerted a patient survey.  Our most recent survey was undertaken during October/November 2013. We have tried hard to ensure that membership of the group is representative of our practice population as a whole. Although the number of people making up the group is currently satisfactory there is a shortage of older members and frequent users of the surgery are underrepresented. We will continue to attract more members in the hope that a larger group may become more representative.
